My experience there has always been pleasant, and the staff is very friendly as well. My child doesn't open up to many people, but he seems to like Dr. Loretta a lot. That says that she is doing her job well.

My daughter had been dreading going to the dentist. She knew she had to get an extraction and she did not want a shot. Dr. Smith was able to get her to calm down. She administered the Novacaine in such a manner that my daughter did not even realize it was happening. I was in the room the entire time. I was very impressed with the doctor and her staff.

I loved the office and staff...very nice, especially since this was my daughter's first appointment. I was wondering why the tartar cleaning wasn't a part of the regular cleaning? I paid extra for it. The rest should be covered by insurance. Thanks for a pleasant first appointment.

The entire set of office staff are very nice and friendly. Dr. Smith spends time with the patients and explains the important dental hygiene in kid-terms so that the kids understand what she is doing. My son likes going to the dentist because they do have a game system in the lobby.
