Office setting is appropriate for children. Staff is friendly and knowledgable. In my opinion Dr Smith does not have that "bedside manner" that would make me nor my child comfortable at appointments. (She never gets my child's name correct even when it's right in front of her!). I always have to ask to have her explain the dental procedures that are done. Seriously considering looking for...
The dentist was fast and efficient, however, I felt pressured to pay additional costs for the laughing gas. I told the dentist I did not want it used on my child and she kept insisting...
