I had a appointment at the shiloh office but an hour before my appointment their internet went out. I was very upset because of a personal reason but they rescheduled me to the waterloo office and those ladies took care of me and put my worries to ease. They took their time with my appointment and answered all my questions

I ALWAYS get a warm welcome from the staff when I walk through the door. Everyone there calls me by name, and I am made to feel like family. The whole process is so smooth, and everything is digital. I made my appointment online, checked in online, and upon arriving at the Waterloo, IL office, I was sent a text to finish updating my information. As always, Marla is FABULOUS!! She is sharp, thorough, and interested in me as a person. I always tell her I love seeing her when I come in.

Fabulous staff everyone. I love my nurse practitioner Marla amazing. I go to the Waterloo Illinois office. Have for years. Nice friendly, professional service. Sooo very happy will not go anywhere else.
