I needed to find another OBGYN, because after 30 years of seeing the same Dr. he retired. I made an appointment at Heartland Women Healthcare. Spoke with the receptionist who was very nice and professional. My appointment was with Dr. Smith. I had an emergency issue but Dr. Smith made me feel at ease and like I was a priority. This is just the type of Dr. I was looking for. Dr. Smith is very patient, concerned and professional. I've found a great Dr. AGAIN THANK YOU!!!!

Quick to get me into the office. And I had to change my appointment, they were very understanding and gave me another that same day. I am very grateful for the Waterloo office. Marla and staff are very good and professional. I am very comfortable going there to discuss all my concerns with her.

Marla and her staff always make me feel so comfortable for my visits! Marla takes the time to listen to concerns as well. My ultrasound tech today also did great compared to ones I’ve had in the past making me comfortable and explaining everything.

Very knowledgeable. Set me up with another doctor to discuss my options of having my tubes tied. Did not give judgment for wanting this procedure done. Checked my iud, said it's still doing great and gave me a yearly exam.
