Katrina is incredibly caring. Whenever I have called they have worked to get me in quickly. Each time she says please call me and let me know how you're feeling because she genuinely cares! Highly recommend Heartlight.

I am quite surprised to see so many positive reviews because that has not been my experience. Note that I have only seen one of the psychiatric nurses and I cannot speak to the primary care arm of the clinic. First of all, this clinic should NOT advertise that they have a functional medicine specialist when the practitioner is booked out for many months and is not taking new patients. Hello Laura, Thank you for this valuable feedback. We take all reviews very seriously and will work to improve this. It is very difficult to find trained functional medicine providers. Only a couple of our providers are trained in functional medicine and it does require an inhouse referral and there is a wait list. We will communicate that more clearly on our website in the future.
