Used to be a really good clinic. Loved Christy even if she was “prescription heavy.” New psych only talks about himself and his trauma/struggles with addiction the entire time. Told me 6 months was long enough to grieve a tragic/sudden loss. This man doesn’t know the first thing about who died or what I lost. The staff is awesome. Erin was compassionate and understanding. But Katrina jumped to harsh conclusions and needs to listen and stop interrupting! Didn't take my high blood pressure serious. Let me leave with it very high. My arm has a torn ligament. Found out after leaving Heartlight that it needs surgery. Katrina said it's okay we'll do physical therapy! And I don't appreciate being called a druggie! Doctors put you on painkillers and I take as directed then later doctors get mad that you're on them. What happened to a go... read more

Worse Dr visit I have ever had. NP Katrina De Romana has worse bedside manners i could have imagined. Belittled and ignored my symptoms and thoughts, focused only on getting me back to talk about depression and anxiety, then got mad at me and asked me to leave. I encourage everyone to seek another office or provider.

I had been trying for almost a year to get our insurance company to put HFC into network with no avail. When my husband got the chance to change insurers through his work, we did. This freed me up to see HFC because our new insurance had HFC in-network. I scheduled an appointment for mid-July, came in on the day, everyone was friendly, they understood my phobia towards needles (to have blood work done) and was told it would be a few weeks for results. This is not a family practice in the traditional way, there are no doctors, the nurse practitioner who owns it is less than knowledgeable and is very arrogant. I have been seen here for the last few months and with each visit my experience has gotten worse, my last visit being the worst, in fact easily the worst professional experience I have had.
