Over the past years we have never left Hearts for Hearing upset as we did this morning! My daughter had her hopes up on being able to actually hear what she should versus ALL the sounds around. Sometimes it’s the little things people take for granted that she would love to do with ease without attention being brought to her. We will get there just not as quick as she and I was hoping for unless she walks around with a microphone (which she says she will not)! This is a very uncaring and unprofessional company in our case. My mother was diagnosed with severe hearing loss and wanted to order the only hearing device that could possibly work for her and was also interested in doing a chlochear ear implant, if the device didn't work. Instead of offering to order the device for my mom to try, she insisted that my moms insurance wouldn't pay, even after I brought proof in writing, from her insurance that they would and even after speaking to her provider, myself and they reassured me t... read more
