We loved our speech pathologist (Natalie) who was wonderful with our son but the billing department was HORRENDOUS. Multiple billing errors, highly unprofessional accounting staff, and numerous mistakes with insurance. We quit going there nearly two years ago and have just received another bill. Apparently they had yet another error and are just now trying to fix it (I’m assuming after an audit). We’ve never encountered so many billing problems from one health care provider.
