I bought my hearing aids from John Harper, H.A.S on Hgwy 441 in Lady Lake, Fl. My husband already had Signia hearing aids from the previous specialist. I cannot say enough about John he is a total professional who does his very best to make everything as good as possible with the hearing aids. What can we say about this Hear USA center? We can say the service we received was outstanding. Sarah made me and my husband comfortable from the start. She tuned my aides every time, like it was the first time, until we got it right! We selected this business because of the great reviews and We are glad to add our personal review as outstanding.
I have not yet had my appointment,, however, I wish to offer an evaluation of one of your employees, Yvette Beltran. I had the please of speaking with her on the phone regarding some difficulty I was having scheduling an appointment. Stop, don't go here you will regret it! I waited a hour @ the store, I had a. appointment + Asley NEVER acknowledged me. She never got off her behind! She was making $ and did not care abour a repair. She knew I was there but was to busy making a commission to even say : "Hi" The complete lack of respect as well as very questionable behavior is unacceptable!!!! Save yourself the grief. Find a company that provides actual customer service!
Dealing with these folks is a nightmare! I wish I never walked in their door. They don't return phone calls and they claim that they haven't received emails.
I do not believe tis company is reputable at all The fitted me with a pair of hearing aids afer giving me a free hearing test. Of course, they don't tell you that if you don't buy the aids, they will charge your insurance company $135 for this FREE hearing tets. I returned them to the receptionist and left after saying these don't work. I went to my regular audiologist which I should have just waited on her since she was out of town, instead of going to this place and she looked at the aids and said they weren't even cap... read more
