I got hearing aids at the Sugar Land, TX office. My overall experience was great. We researched many brands before we decided to actually make an appointment. When we did, we settled on HearUSA in Sugarland Texas. Our first visit was a surprise. First, the personal care and attention to detail is the hearing care I received at the Ocala office. Sandra, the hearing specialist, listened and allowed me to try a pair of hearing aids that did not work for me. She graciously refunded my money, and placed me in a pair of hearing aids that are fabulous. Rebecca, is professional and kind and calls to remind me about up coming appointments. My experience with HEAR USA has been very satisfactory. I enjoy talking to the employees. They make me feel that they care about my hearing. The service they gave me was personalized and professional. Mr. Bruce Powell always made me feel comfortable and he tunes in on the individual needs of his clients. It will not be a disappointment going to the location in Sugar Land, Texas off Southwest Freeway.
Vicki West at the 101 South Coit Road Richardson TX office is out standing. We had a question about my mother-in-laws hearing aids and left a message. She called us after office hours and met us the next morning at 8:30 with her arms open to Chek the hearing aids. She salved the problem and had us on the way before her 9 o'clock appointment.
