I got hearing aids at the Sugar Land, TX office. My overall experience was great. From the front desk to the clinician, the staff went above and beyond to help me: I primarily interacted with Jamie and Dr. Bruce Powell. Both of them were informative, professional, patient, and above all, kind. I would highly recommend this business to anyone suffering from hearing issues. We researched many brands before we decided to actually make an appointment. When we did, we settled on HearUSA in Sugarland Texas. Our first visit was a surprise. The atmosphere in the office was cheery and upon entering the reception was professional and friendly. When we met Bruce our Audiologist our first impression was.... Wow! First, the personal care and attention to detail is the hearing care I received at the Ocala office. Sandra, the hearing specialist, listened and allowed me to try a pair of hearing aids that did not work for me. She graciously refunded my money, and placed me in a pair of hearing aids that are fabulous. Rebecca, is professional and kind and calls to remind me about up coming appointments. My experience with HEAR USA has been very satisfactory. I enjoy talking to the employees. They make me feel that they care about my hearing.  The service  they gave me was personalized and professional. Mr. Bruce Powell always made me feel comfortable and he tunes in on the individual needs of his clients. It will not be a disappointment going to the location in Sugar Land, Texas off Southwest Freeway.

Vicki West at the 101 South Coit Road Richardson TX office is out standing. We had a question about my mother-in-laws hearing aids and left a message. She called us after office hours and met us the next morning at 8:30 with her arms open to Chek the hearing aids. She salved the problem and had us on the way before her 9 o'clock appointment. I had a hearing check done, and I needed hearing aids. The two ladies at Fort Pierce, Ellie and Samantha are both friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in my needs. Nothing was too much trouble and it wasn’t a sales pitch to get me hearing aids. Murray H fort Pierce

I bought my hearing aids from John Harper, H.A.S on Hgwy 441 in Lady Lake, Fl. My husband already had Signia hearing aids from the previous specialist. I cannot say enough about John he is a total professional who does his very best to make everything as good as possible with the hearing aids. His manner is calm and soothing which makes the patient very comfortable and after listening to him you know that he is extremely knowledgeable about what he is doing. Hear USA has provided the highest quality service. Cynthia Carter quickly directed me through the process, helping me find the best hearing aides for me and followed up with me to ensure I had everything I needed when I needed it.
