RecommendedI walked into Hear USA to turn in my non-functioning hearing aid that was nearly 3 years old. Figured I have to leave it and return when it was repaired. Guy says, "Let me take a look at it." About 5 minutes later he returns and hands it to me/ "It was a bad wire. It's fixed." Told me they weren't busy this afternoon so may as well fix it now. I had to pay for the repair but because it was less that 3 years old it was pretty cheap. I already loved the hearing aids, now I love the company.
