RecommendedService is great and personal. Listens to concerns and needs and fills those needs. I needed a piece for my hearing aids and mentioned I was going out of town and would probably just have to wait till I returned to get them. They took the initiative to check other locations to see if we could get the parts earlier. They found a source, went and picked them up and called me to come in for the replacements so I’d have them before I left town. Above and beyond dedication.

Recommendedthis is my second hearing aid from HEAR USA. I had a minor problem with one of them and stopped in to get checked, we were greeted right away and the young woman took both to check within 15-20 minutes she came back. All done discussed the possible issue(s). Very impressed with the service.
