I was called by name as I walked in the door. Everyone is very polite. I was treated as a person and not just another number.

I arrived early, and was seen early. Dr Reagan and staff greeted me, and performed the full body inspection. She treated a few spots, and she told me there one area she was going to biopsy. That was completed and I was told the results would be available in approximately 10 days. I was escorted to checkout where we made our future 6 month appointment.
