Noon is an artist when it comes to hair !! I came in with faded red/dark dark brown/blonde and she was able to color correct and get me to my natural color with a beautiful balayage . She brought my hair from a very faded-needs-to-be-fixed look, to an amazing, jaw-dropping finished product!!!
