RecommendedReign and Kay Salon is honestly (in my opinion) the best salon in Red Deer! The stylists are all extremely talented and have wonderful personalities to match. When it comes to my hair, I’m very picky and the only person I will ever trust with my hair is Noon! She keeps up with popular hair trends and is very knowledgeable when it comes to colour. I have been going to Noon at a Reign and Kay for a very long time. She is a fabulous stylist. I have also seen the work of the other stylists as well and all ladies are quite talented. If you are looking for a change and want quality, friendly service check out any of the stylists at Reign and Kay.
First of all, what a cute place! I desperately needed to fix my outgrown blonde brassy hair and decided to give this place a shot after looking at their IG photos. Noon was so accommodating and she was able to help me with suggestions on low maintenance hairstyles for the winter. I was impressed on how meticulous she was throughout the process. This girl takes no short cuts. Happy to support small businesses and will definitely be coming back again!

I am beyond ecstatic about my hair! I went to Chopped Hair Studio here in red deer with the amazing stylist Noon. In one go she created more then I imagined. She took my hair and created to what I said looks like “Instagram hair”. Fixed my color and cut in two seconds flat (after a recent disastrous experience from another salon). Took a bit of research but I finally settled on Chopped Hair Studio. I have a very picky cut, and my stylist was able to perfectly match want I wanted. Noon did an amazing job and I'll be seeing her regularly now to keep up with my style!!!!! I will definitely be recommending others to try this studio. It's a gorgeous salon, clean, and staff is very knowledgeable. Thank you guys for an amazing experience!
