The best Cajun restaurant anywhere near Atlanta. Worth the drive to Ackworth. An unusual favorite is the fried spinach which is crunchy.
My wife and I went for our very first time, and the first thing I want to say , is they were friendly from the moment we walked in . Our waitor Connor was exceptional not only was he friendly he was funny and knowledgable , all his food recommendations were top notch good . The atmosphere reminded me of the lil hole in the wall New Orleans Spots I use to eat at when i was a kid . So great service , great food, great atmosphere , I think this is a place you gotta try .
Recently visited Henry's for a long overdue date night with hubby! We dined here on Friday 5/17! This time I tried something different: I went for the Bayou Cake and spicy cheese grits! This dish was phenomenal and I will be back for more! The next day it was even more delicious! Hubby enjoyed his seafood platter per usual! Everything on his plate was seasoned well and crispy! The shrimp and grits is so good here! We were a large party and they gave us great service. When you first walk in it looks like a bar, but they have tables in another room to the right. When I am in Georgia again, I'll definitely swing by this spot.
The servers were very nice and it had a nice environment. The shrimp pasta was very very good and they have good portions.
Everything about Henry's is great, food, atmosphere, drinks and of course Henry. Unfortunately Henry sold the restaurant, I only Hope the place stays the same once Henry is no longer there.
Fantastic. Best Salmon Steak I've ever had and that's saying a lot. Walking into this restaurant you feel like you've been transported from Acworth, GA to NOLA. The owner himself walks around throwing beads around everyone's necks. (Might have been because Mario Gras was around the corner.) This was lunch. I'd love to see the atmosphere in the evening!
One of my favorite places to eat!!! The MaMa J salad is my fav to get ( it changes everyday).
12/10 one of the best restaurants in GA. The Ooh La La and Bread Pudding are a must order, but you can't go wrong with whatever you decide. Our server Megan was fabulous and extremely attentive with great recommendations! Will be back soon
