Size, mostly families... (Verified Renter) Size, mostly families so not loud (other than feet on the floor above me), high ceilings, higher end finishes, on-site storage at a great rate. And I love Jamaika - she's been very helpful from step 1. Yesterday I got home and they were power washing - so everything is nice and clean. yay.
