Great staff! Best price in the area I have lived here since 2014. After changing hands a few times, things have finally settled and the community feel is back! The office staff is warm and helpful again! For the price in the area, you won't get more for your money.
Small parking spots The parking stinks unless you drive a smart car. You pull in and bam you're on three line.. Which you will be towed for. The spots are too narrow. Also the lack of handy capped spots is disheartening. There's only 3
Do Not Move Here DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! EXPENSIVE RENT BUT UNCLEAN UNTAKEN CARE AND UNKEPT ON THE INSIDE. Parking spots are horrible if you have kids good luck trying to get them in and out of the car or groceries or yourself THE PARKING SPOTS ARE ON TOP OF EACH OTHER! Maintenance will argue with you just so they won’t have to fix anything. Appliances all over don’t work the way they should and you can’t use more than 1 thing at a time or electricity goes out! Poor sound proofing,... (Verified Renter) Poor sound proofing, stomping neighbors, pets crap all over, inconsiderate residents dumping their trash at other residents' doors.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this property but I would advise my friends and family of the ventilation system. Often my apartment fills up with the smell of marijuana and we don't smoke. That is obviously a construction issue and not a management issue but an issue nonetheless.
Poor property managment I’ve lived here since they were brand new. Unfortunately, it has rapidly gone down hill this last year.

Going down At first sight the complex looks nice. But once you actually are on the grounds there is always trash everywhere despite the grounds keeper going around every day picking it up. It’s a direct reflection of the type of people that are moving in. They have no respect for the property. Liquor bottles, fast food bags in the parking lot, etc. The dog owners don’t pick up after their dogs so there is poop everywhere. The hallways are dirty. Only issue I... (Verified Renter) Only issue I have is with not inquiring about above tenants before hand as has had somewhat of an impact on my living due to tenants about having several small children RN hat are constantly running and jumping on floor causing loud thumps on my ceiling which gets very annoying on a daily basis.
