My mother lived here for a handful of years. Right after Christmas she fell in one of the bathrooms. The emergency button did not work. So she had to crawl to her bedroom with a broken leg to get to her cell phone. I contacted the ED and he did some testing and told us that everything worked fine. My brother went to the house and proved that one of the buttons did not work. We have requested several times to have documentation around testing and maintenance and no one has provided us with this information. I have reached out... read more

Quick response to my inquiry! Pleasant location. Best suited to seniors who are still physicallly fit and can still drive. Otherwise, campus can be challenging to navigate. If senior not driving, there will be limitations for access to community resources. Not great fit for our needs. One home we toured had a horrible musty odor and did not have deck/stairs out rear sunroom. This created concerns for falling if resident attempted to go out sliding door.
