Heritage Park is a great place for my mom I'm so thankful that she was able to get back into her own apartment and I think it's also amazing that my sister can stay there as well because of her age so I know my mom is never alone and she's very well taken care of
It has been a great experience. My mother in law is all settled in. The management has been super helpful in everything. She loves it and it is a load off of our minds that she has the call button in case of a medical emergency. Thank you for your help in finding Heritage Park.
Overall: just "so-so Cleanliness: zero(dining room carpet is disgusting!) Friendliness: Okay,[removed name], Activities director is "above & beyond" Quality of care: I'm in the independent apt. so I don't know much about this. Administrative staff: okay Food: Horrible Activities: very good Value: was decent the first year, now it's becoming a real stretch, several folks are bailing out, moving! Over & out!
I'm not sure food is as nutritional as it could be but it is convenient. Staff is impressive. Mom enjoys the crafts and has utilized the hairdresser. Apartment is just right size for her. She has a lovely natural view in back and a wildflower garden in front. The convenience is wonderful and she has met others. She still cooks if she wants. The grounds are well kept.
Staff is friendly, food is mostly good. The facility is well kept. We are in a garden home and don't have nursing care.
They are helpful a bit slow to take care of things but my father's happy then so am I. We picked this community because he was familiar with that place. My mother was there for care for a time before she passed away . I took him to several different facilities to see how they were. He ultimately chose that space as the most comfortable for him.
I am very happy with the care Mom is receiving at Heritage Park. The staff are very caring, and really take the time to get to know you. I highly recommend this place!
The washing machine and dryer in the units could be better quality. Overall I would recommend them to others.
We are very pleased in how my mother has been treated. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Many of them have worked there for a number of years.
