Feel that everything I will need in the future is right here at Heritage Park. It is a very happy and friendly place. Food is quite good and also a variety of choices. I will never go hungry. Grounds and buildings are kept in good condition and clean. Many outside activities are offered each month for all residents as well as many on site activities.
What came down to our final choice is the pricing. While they were not the best fit for his lifestyle they were still a nice community. Everybody was respectful, courteous, understood ours needs n they were seeing if he was fit too.
This community did not have a room available in their long term care unit. The assisted living area did not have the staffing to care for mom properly while she was staying there. The food is a little expensive and did not taste that good. They started eliminating the choices of food options after mom moved in. They do offer a cafe for the staff and I thought the food from there was better than what mom was receiving. We did not always have good communication with this community.
This is a very nice place, and my tour went well. It is a big community, it looks like a big hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly. From what I saw everything looked nice and clean. It was a good tour, but I felt like it was to big of a community for my mother. This is a nice community with a friendly staff.
Staff are caring and considerate in a quiet, easy going atmosphere.
We haven't had any problems. The manager is very helpful. He answers all our questions. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They have taken care of her garden for her. She was complaining about the food at first but says it's a lot better now. I would definitely recommend the Heritage Park Assisted Living & Garden Homes. It's a very nice community with very nice people. It has been a good experience.
Nice setting and lots of options, really enjoy here - can have independent living with meals and activities, price seems reasonable for the area. Very friendly, and caring, may sadly have to look at transfer to memory care soon though.
Things have gone very well overall at Heritage Park, we're very pleased with it. Everyone seems very friendly, and the building and apartments are attractive and well kept. The people here are very responsive if you have any issues, and work hard to get your problem resolved immediately!
Things have gone very well at Heritage Park, I'd give them a 5 so far! It's a nice looking place, and everyone is very friendly and very nice, both the staff and the residents! Compared to other communities that I've had experience with they also do a great job with the food here. It's extremely tasty, and always served hot! They're currently rebuilding their kitchen, so the dining room experience itself has suffered somewhat during the construction, but that is just temporary.
