I purchased my first house with the help of Mr. Michael Hershenberg. My fiancé and I are going to be married in the next few months and wanted to find a place we could come home to after our honeymoon. He truly outdid himself. I ended up choosing Lisa after several Agents I had contacting me, I chose by Personality, not Knowledge or Experience, Big Mistake, i do regret choosing Lisa as it was a very financially, mentally & draining 90 days experience, i would definitely Not refer/recommend Lisa as the Broker had to step in & CLOSE my place. i lost alot of money with a Vacant Condo for the 3 mo's it took to finally CLOSE & I do truly believe if I had chosen an experienced, knowledgeable Agent who can recognize Red Flags & not just sit back & Wait a... read more
