Tyler Cassidy assisted me in securing a long-term rental in Plano, Texas. He was AWESOME! I cannot say enough great things about Tyler’s initiative, responsiveness, PATIENCE and customer-centric focus. I’m sure the lease business is not as lucrative the most lucrative part of Tyler’s business - but you would never known it. Tyler treated my needs with the same attentiveness and care that I imagine he’d give to a home buying client. I am so grateful for Tyler and will refer business to him whenever I am able!

In preparation for our big family move from Hawaii to Texas, we stumbled upon Tyler. After he heard our story and that we had a home to sell before truly getting into the buying process, he went out of his way to find us realtors in Hawaii to sell our home. Tyler was extremely helpful and professional during the entire process of buying a house. During times of stress or uncertainty he was always available to talk and fix any issues that arose. He was knowledgeable about current offers and prices and was on top of things making sure we were up to date with everything

Michael was very helpful and patient through the whole home buy experience. He has a lot of knowledge that is very useful in representing the buyer and works closely with a lot of people in the whole process so you know what to expect at each milestone. He is honest, and up-front about whats happening, and what to do next. Would highly recommend him in the future!

Michael was very knowledgeable and very insightful. He described the full process and his team made it pretty easy for me to handle every part of the process super easy and hassle free. My closing got completed on time and everything went extremely well. One thing I might improve is making sure the arrangements with the seller get carried out as described. Tyler did an excellent job of finding properties for me to look at that were within the parameters I was looking for in a potential rental property. A few contracts were drawn up, and I appreciated very much that he was willing to go to bat on bringing prices down on properties that were overvalued on the sticker price. Tyler helped me buy my first home. It was a process but he was always available to answer my questions (a lot of them) and had my best interest at heart.
