Do I regret not reading these reviews before I applied for a pool loan with them. Pretty much the same story, only different names. "oh, you have great score, you qualify for our preferred rate...blah..blah.." They came back with a different interest rate. I said, well what the hell...let's try it. Once your loan funded, HFS agreed to refund your non-refundable loan even though you signed your loan documents and funded, we felt you were sincere that you did not read the entire disclosures that outlined your applicable fee on your loan. We did this in a matter of a couple of hours and acted in good faith. We feel it is unwarranted that you leave a 1-star review when we have done everything you asked and fully and legally disclosed our fees.
