Hidden Pines had me at first sight. From first walk through to final exit as man and wife, this place has it all in a beautiful shiny package! The staff was always responsive to any and all questions whether in person, in email or via text message (hey millennials), making it super easy to keep all my vendors informed. The most BEAUTIFUL! The venue is so classy and elegant yet modern. I personally feel like the pictures/the way everything looks at your wedding is what’s most lasting to look back on and this place did not disappoint. My husband and I got married here in June, and I would 100% recommend Hidden Pines to anyone looking for a wedding venue! The venue itself is beautiful - I fell in love with it the first time I saw it online, and it did not disappoint in person. And I cannot emphasize enough how incredible the staff is! WOW! This venue is absolutely stunning! The staff is very accommodating with my crazy schedule, and explained everything perfectly through emails as well as on the tour! They are all so kind and friendly, and know their information. I toured with Janelle and she was a sweetheart! She showed me and my finace the whole venue, gave us all the details on how we can customize our package, and helped us book our wedding date! My husband and I looked at several venues before we walked into a venue owned by Walters Wedding Estates. They were easy to work with and allowed us the opportunity to come tour the venue on a last minute request. Everything inside the venue is just breathtaking and I could not have asked for a better place to say my “I do’s”! The venue needs VERY minimal decor because the design and aesthetic is already enough to make any wedding gorgeous! We held both our ceremony and reception at Hidden Pines and I have only one word to describe our wedding: PERFECTION. The Hidden Pines staff was awesome about answering all my questions up until the big day and Alex, our coordinator was great! She had the rehearsal run so fast and the day of, everything went perfectly! The venue is gorgeous and doesn't need much decoration. Their catering, Milestone, was also delicious! Don't think twice - BOOK IT! :) From the minute I stepped into Hidden Pines in Highland Village for our initial consult, I knew it was the place - it was perfect!! Rustic chic designs with very minimal decorations needed! So many gorgeous photo areas - I can't wait to see all the pictures. And to top it off, EXCELLENT customer service.
