Hidden pines went above and beyond for my wedding. Andrew was amazing and the best coordinator I could have ever asked for. The venue itself is adorable and I got so many compliments on it. We used their caterer, Milestone Catering, and it was actually really good! My husband and I didn't get the change to taste the food before the day of so I was SUPER nervous...but they nailed it! We got married in late March and we loved Hidden Pines. From the first moment we saw the venue, we knew it was the perfect place for us. Rustic elegance is the perfect description of this venue. I could not be happier with my wedding experience at Hidden Pines Chapel. Our wedding was Nov. 25, 2017. Kelli and Sydney were quick and clear with communication, and always responded promptly and politely. I never felt like a bridezilla! The REAL MVP though, is Stacy, our Day-Of Coordinator. My husband and I got married at Hidden Pines a week ago today, and had the best time! This was the perfect place for us because they allowed us to check a lot of things off of our planning list in one spot, but it never felt like a generic wedding venue. The photos speak for themselves, and it's even more stunning here in person. No words can explain the kind of experience we had at HPC as we got married last Sunday. Our coordinator, Sydney, was literally the best of the BEST. From being so incredibly organized and detail-oriented, to stepping in and lending a hand with set up, she was seriously amazing. Hidden Pines was great from providing the initial quotes and details all the way through the wedding day. I worked with the Sydney and her supervisor and they were able to schedule me in right away to see the beautiful venue and give me the quick tour. They were great with suggestions on what limitations Walter Wedding Estates usually applies (they require you to use their food and alcohol or pay a fee in order to bring in an outside vendor). If you're looking for a beautiful, convenient venue this is the best place! We got married in October and Hidden Pines was such a pleasure to work with. Stacy was such a sweet and awesome coordinator. She made sure everything ran smoothly and just as we wanted it. First of all, this is a beautiful venue!!! The moment I walked into the foyer and into the chapel I knew it was the venue for us. Although it is surrounded by a shopping center and school, it is tucked back away and once you go inside you feel like you are somewhere else. The reception is also beautiful! We loved the barn doors, chandeliers in front of the bar, and it has a comfortable bridal suite. Throughout the entire wedding planning staff was very nice and hosted several open houses. Wow. What can we say?! Beautiful venue and it doesn’t feel like you’re right off of a busy street. Kelli was our venue coordinator and she was awesome. She was always easy to get in touch with. Once I had a minor freak out about time and talked with someone else and Kelli called me back to check in because she had heard about my uncertainty.
