Lindsey was great. She showed me the scan of my neck and explained how the scan worked and then she showed me why I was hurting. She explained what nerves were involved and why my Bach hurt where it did. She told me the treatment we could try. I finally felt like I had been heard and there was help for me. Thanks to Dr Swift for ordering the test that showed what was going on. Both appointments were more than I expected. Thank you.

Getting a call back within the 24-48 hour stated message didn’t happen. However, when I went to the office in person, I was scheduled very quickly. Medical staff were great ; good bedside manner and explanation of my procedure.

Reception staff was friendly, professional, informative, patient, and attentive -- not only with me, but also I noted several patients arriving after me: staff was consistently & professionally kind to all. That's impressive! Appreciated! Dr. McClary and Anthony, his MA, asked appropriate questions; attentive to my HX & DX, establishing a plan & protocol for future treatment whenever needed.
