Horrible company. Wast of time and money, They send out plumbers that don't know what they are doing. Then write up false reports. I had 2 simple leaks and plumber said he had no access to main shut off valve that is in the open back yard that anyone can get too. Charged $125 service fee for nothing. I have called and emailed several times for a real plumber and/or supervisor and have been getting the run around. I just looked t their yelp reviews and its badd 2.7/5 horrible!!!!

This business is a common phrase...FAKE. This company is unreliable. and from my experience, dishonest. Their best are themselves, definitely not the client. They withhold the diagnosis of claims from the home warranty company making it impossible to get the claim paid for or resolved at all. Use Priority Plumbing at your own RISK. I would have gotten better results if I had just flushed my money down the toilet
