Get directionsHorrible company. Wast of time and money, They send out plumbers that don't know what they are doing. Then write up false reports. I had 2 simple leaks and plumber said he had no access to main shut off valve that is in the open back yard that anyone can get too. Charged $125 service fee for nothing. I have called and emailed several times for a real plumber and/or supervisor and have been getting the run around. I just looked t their yelp reviews and its badd 2.7/5 horrible!!!!
This business is a common phrase...FAKE. This company is unreliable. and from my experience, dishonest. Their best are themselves, definitely not the client. They withhold the diagnosis of claims from the home warranty company making it impossible to get the claim paid for or resolved at all. Use Priority Plumbing at your own RISK. I would have gotten better results if I had just flushed my money down the toilet

The technician determined there was no plumbing failure and reported his diagnosis to your warranty company.
These people will try to scam you out of thousands. Beware!

RecommendedThey came out three times to find out what the problem was with my toilet. My technician Gabriel found the problem which was a small child toothbrush stuck in the toilet. I was frustrated with the first two technicians who couldn't find what the problem was. I would like to commend Gabriel for his professionalism in resolving my issue...

RecommendedSent a message to fb asking for help because my children clogged their toilet 😰🤢 got a phone call within 30 mins and was put first thing on the schedule for the next morning. RecommendedIt seems to happen more often a story will pop up in the news about the worst of the worst contractors/service technicians . Therefore we worry about who we should call for help.
