I was charged for materials left at my home and not used for my roof replacement. When the superintendent had a final walk through he collected the materials and said I wouldn’t get charged for them. I was still charged and now have been told the owner refuses to correct the invoice because that employee is no longer with the company. Very disappointed in the way it was handled
Folks, let's get real. Metal roofs are only as good as the expertise and experience of the roofer's who install them. We bought our house two years ago with a "lifetime" standing seam metal roof.
