I will NEVER use this company. I whitnessed them pulling "budget roofing services inc." Signs out of the grass on the corner of hwy 98s and south crystal lake. It was a guy in a white dodge ram with High Tower Roofing on the side of his truck. They showed a new level of shady business tatics. Every business has compition. I hired this company to do a big tile roof at my home. It took MANY months to get the job complete and the quality of workmanship was poor. I do NOT recommend Hightower at all.

This is by far the worst roofing company I have had to deal with. I have dealt with hundreds of roofs and tens of roofing companies. My previous job was to help settle homeowners and roofing claims, so I should know. If it wasn’t offensive enough that the foreman joked about having to “watch out” that his Hispanic (possibly illegal) workers might be “stealing” some of my plants, the owner tried to blame damages caused by his foreman and company on us. hired them over 6 months ago and still waiting on the job to be complete. 2x they set a date to do the roof and no call, no roofers, no anything. I’m reasonable if a company can be polite enough to simply inform me there have been changes. They also caused a water pipe to break and “Brent” said he would be back in 2 weeks to fix the drywall he cut open... no response... just ready to pay them and have it done. I guess I’ll leave a detailed review. These guys did my parents roof. It was absolutely awful!! The crew had no intention of putting the tv satellite or sunlight for the water heater back on the roof, just disconnected everything and tossed it on the ground (wanted to throw it in the dumpster). Ended up raining in the kitchen causing TONS of damage!!! Then it took 2-3 weeks for anybody to come out and start repairs. Needless to say we didn’t use the people they suggested for repairs. These guys are the worst! Run away!!!!
