I was charged for materials left at my home and not used for my roof replacement. When the superintendent had a final walk through he collected the materials and said I wouldn’t get charged for them. I was still charged and now have been told the owner refuses to correct the invoice because that employee is no longer with the company. Very disappointed in the way it was handled

I will NEVER use this company. I whitnessed them pulling "budget roofing services inc." Signs out of the grass on the corner of hwy 98s and south crystal lake. It was a guy in a white dodge ram with High Tower Roofing on the side of his truck. They showed a new level of shady business tatics. Every business has compition. However, the signs in the road are illegal and should never be placed there as the City of Lakeland does pull them up weekly despite businesses using this marketing avenue.
