Verified Renter everyone at the leasing office was super kind and helpful throughout the entire moving process. The neighborhood itself is very quiet with beautiful woods surrounding it, and the apartments are set up nicely as well

Verified Renter Management has been helpful in addressing issues with neighbors. Apartment is very nice and has in room washer and dryer. Sometimes maintenance is a little slow to respond.
Verified Renter The dog park is awesome! Neighborhood is safe and convenient to highway and stores! Neighbors are super friendly! Maintenance is nice they just need more of them which is not their fault owners need to hire more staff. Grounds look good for the most part some dog owners need to pick up after their dogs. Excited for the pool to open soon:)
Verified Renter We’ve lived here for about a year and love it!! It’s super quiet which is very nice we lived in the older apartments which is located in a nice neighborhood that has a community park and great walking trails. The apartment itself is an older but they have updated most of them which is very nice. My main complaint would be that the windows are older and the seals are cracked so it lets in cold are in the winter. Other than that we love it!!!

Verified Renter The apartment space is relatively generous- could use more storage. The upkeep of the complex is hit and miss. If you live in Phase 2 which is hidden from main roads you see less care with appearance. There seems to be a lack of maintenance and no regular upkeep of the grounds out side of lawn mowing and occasional landscaping. The residents frequently do not pick up after their dogs - but the cans that are provided for waste are rarely emptied and often left with piles of bags around them. This is the same f... read more
Verified Renter Quick and easy fix. We were not home during the maintenance on our dishwasher. We came home to pleasantly find that we could stop handing washing dishes! Thank you!
Verified Renter I LOVE this place! Very quiet, safe neighborhood. Buildings on the hill (1400’s) are older but definitely the place to be. They are renovating each unit as tenants move out, so they’ll be brand new. The forest behind you is gorgeous, especially in the spring/summer and anytime there’s snow. Balcony/back deck overlooks the forest and is such a nice view.
