Verified Renter Wonderful neighborhood, great school district, minutes away from many shopping stores: Walmart/ Target/ Restaurants/grocery stories! Management is very nice.
Verified Renter The apartment space is relatively generous- could use more storage. The upkeep of the complex is hit and miss. If you live in Phase 2 which is hidden from main roads you see less care with appearance. There seems to be a lack of maintenance and no regular upkeep of the grounds out side of lawn mowing and occasional landscaping. The residents frequently do not pick up after their dogs - but the cans that are provided for waste are rarely emptied and often left with piles of bags around them. This is the same f... read more

Verified Renter I LOVE this place! Very quiet, safe neighborhood. Buildings on the hill (1400’s) are older but definitely the place to be. They are renovating each unit as tenants move out, so they’ll be brand new. The forest behind you is gorgeous, especially in the spring/summer and anytime there’s snow. Balcony/back deck overlooks the forest and is such a nice view. Verified Renter Overall, this is a nice place. I love the location. The appliances are updated. It is a little difficult to communicate with the office staff though.
Verified Renter It’s been very nice living here. Maintenance is super helpful. And the office is nice to work with. The neighbors have been really nice to meet and talk to.

Verified Renter Office staff has been a joy and is always really helpful when ever we need anything. Amount of parking spots is a little light. Can't really change the layout of that for obvious reasons but it has been a bit rough recently.
