This was our 2nd time back at Highland Park ER, and we both had another wonderful experience! Dr. Sok took his time explaining to us and did not make us feel rushed even with the many questions we asked him. He really took his time to listen to your concerns. He was very kind and empathetic and truly made you feel like you're an important patient. I highly recommend him. His bedside manner is exceptional. The other nurses, Sam and Carla, were fantastic as well!

I absolutely recommend this free-standing ER! Staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond in their care for my boyfriend. Tara & Jenn were his nurses, and they both had wonderful bedside manner and would come back to check on him periodically. Dr. Nikbakht was also phenomenal, as he thoroughly explained the diagnosis and plan! There is nothing bad to say at all about this place.

My experiences at this emergency room was the best I ever had! The nurses and the doctor -as well as the booking - were fast, courteous and friendly. Everyone there showed that they cared about me and my wife. I would recommend these people to anyone because they are adroit and very courteous. Great job Highland Park Emergency room!!!!

I was having neck and shoulder pain. Decided to go Highhland Park Emergency Room. The atmosphere in the lobby was calming and very pleasant. The registration person was caring ,efficient and welcoming. The R.N. who cared walked into the room and had such a wonderful presence. She was kind and actually just talk to me while preparing to do my vitals. When the RN was finished she left me comfortable and confident that everything would be ok.
