I had a great experience. I can't imagine it being any better. Everyone was kind and helpful, there was no waiting. I would definitely go back there.
You NEED to accept Medicare as a primary carrier for people visiting your ER. I am a retired UT System professor who also taught a Cal and Occidental College. At age 65, I HAD TO ENROLL in Medicare though I had great insurance through UT. Thus, Blue Cross became my secondary provider. . . By not accepting Medicare, you show greed and are going to find yourselves continuing to lose customers.
First time to this ER, very clean and staff was very courteous.
