THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING HERE! THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE THEIR PRICES AND ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL! I PAID $100.00 CO PAY BECAUSE I HAD THE FLU THEN THEY SENT ME A BILL FOR $1900.00 FOR THE BALANCE! I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET! I WILL FIGHT THIS TO THE END AND WILL NOT PAY THEIR PRICES! DO NOT GO HERE THEY RIP YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE OFF!
I am glad I went. There was little to no wait time. I was tested for strep and flu. Strep was negative but flu was positive. I had to request the doctor to check my ears and I also had an ear infection. I was only there an hour, so for an ER that was great. The staff was friendly and I liked the fact she explained up front that they were not a Urgent care and I would be charged for an ER visit.
Went in for a sore throat and sinus congestion was there for 30-40 minutes. Thank god I refused an IV and their ibuprofen because the bill was $1,967.45 even my insurance company was shocked! Who knows what would they have charged for those items! They operate like a JiffyLube and try to sell you everything you don’t need and charge a huge multiple taking advantage of your situation.
