Went there last night because i was soooo sick and the staff was so amazing. If i had to go back...which i hope not lol....I’d be really relaxed. They were awesome. I got help as soon as i walked in.
Terrible service. Dr. Gutierrez was the meanest doctor I have ever encountered. I would not bring my dead rat to see this doctor. The other staff were trying to make up for his lack of compassion. He flat refused to give me the medication that I have received on numerous occasions at other er's. He also recommended to give me a medication that I was allergic to and almost died when given. Sicker now than when I went. They didn't make me sicker, but deterorating neuro condition that they were not equipped for.
Service was great for my visit :). But the first bill you get will say "Your balance is now past due".... "Please send payment within 5 days...." What is that about? I called and was told by Jessica that is just how the bills are generated, they all say the same thing. Well, I called and suggested they change that because it is very threatening to see that when it's your first bill. Did I miss one in the mail somewhere, are they going to send me to collections ???? I was having a hear attack and because I had no proof of insurance they turned me away. Medical city hospital took me and was awesome!!This place is all about the money!
Currently fighting an outrageous 1800 bill for a 45 minute visit. Got violently sick at dinner and this place was around down the block. They tested me for the flu and it came back negative in 15 minutes and sent me home with a prescription. I would love to know what screams 1800 dollars about my visit. This doesn't even include my several hundred dollar co-pay on site that day.
