Verified Renter Love it here and just renewed for a second lease! They do well at keeping the community clean, as well as the amenities! Very friendly staff, always smiling and open to answer any questions no matter how dumb (and I have a lot of dumb ones) they are always willing to help and take action. I took a point a way because we don’t have valet trash and I feel like all Charlotte apartments do so that a bit annoying but obviously not a deal breaker since I renewed!
