Verified Renter I just resigned my lease. I love it here. Have met a few neighbors I like the fact that there is always activities planned to help introduce the community to one another. I was extremely happy on the incentive given for resigning for another year. In this challenging economy if my rent had gone up I would be looking for another place. I’m thankful for another year.
