It is Saturday morning. I have been taking my pets there for over 30 years. My 3 year old Golden Retriever is needing veterinary care unexpectedly probably due to the heat. 8:00 am voice message states they are only open Monday - Friday. No emergency number. Not a fan of the stand in vet. Dr Pennington has been with us since birth. Getting a call the day before my scheduled appointment, that has been scheduled for weeks and I had come into the clinic to pick up medication and vaccine records and so forth many times, to say they wouldn’t be able to honor my appt because of scheduling conflicts, to then having to completely rearrange my Friday, and then once we did get to the appointment we were in the waiting room for 15 minutes before we were put into another room for 30 mi... read more
Since Dr Erickson left care went down. Buddy died after going there at least 6 years. They didn't even call or send card when my husband informed them via phone call. also discussed Buddy symptoms before he died didn't even say urgent bring in. My gus band picked up his meds monthly. spent thousands of dollars there. Miss Dr Erickson
Very little contact in 4 days. Voice mails left instead of person to person contact. When I went in person to collect my Dog I was left waiting for an hour maybe longer. Very disorganized and a terrible experience.
I took my four kittens here earlier today and absolutely loved this place! Everybody was so nice and approachable. Can't wait to take my other cat and dog to them. Would highly recommend to anyone!
Don't give my good girl kennel cough... clean up and sanitize. I know we like to consider our dogs and cats our "babies", but they are considered property, and my mom could sue in small claims court for property damage.

I am disabled brain injury from my employer and no assistance I finally got to move back to Little Rock I used to be wealthy I lost everything due to my head injury at my office I got a kitten fought off ring worms from the place I got her last night she swallowed a 11 mm pearl earring with large butterfly backing in sterling silver I can afford the X-ray and office fee $107 but if they can find the pearl $1590-$2,200 for her operation to remove it.. how on earth disabled can I do this she is my lif... read more
