I rescued a little shih tzu who Miami Dade shelter was planning to euthanize due to severe anxiety and fear issues. Two grooming establishments asked him not to come back. You get the picture. Dr Loss was wonderful with him as was the veterinary tech and front office. He left his exam with tail wagging and walking at a normal pace. I was allowed to stay in the room with him received excellent service and advice from the vet. Definitely recommend.
