RecommendedDr. Montgomery is our normal Dr. and we absolutely love his personality. He is great with both our dogs. I do have to say a big shout out to Dr. John though. One of our pups was having dental issues and he had an opening. Her issues were pretty severe and “mom” was pretty shaken. Dr. John was very kind and respectful and made me feel much better about Angel’s health. Thank you Dr. John! We appreciate you.
RecommendedFrom the most senior doctor through the techs and front office staff, this place is 5 stars. Dr. Fredrickson is the best with dentals I’ve found in Alaska. Love Dr. Montgomery too. Very personable and explains issues thoroughly but in layman’s terms. Love this place. Best I’ve found and I’ve tried many in Anchorage! And despite the pandemic, I’ve gotten timely appointments for my four Yorkies throughout.

RecommendedI highly recommend Hillside Pet Clinic for our precious pets. I have gone here for several years and have always felt confident in their expertise and recommendations. They care about and treat each pet as if the client’s pet belonged to them. Dr. Jackie Frederickson is our primary vet. She is an outstanding doctor and so loving and caring with every dog I have brought in. She is very sensitive and comforting in difficult medical situations. RecommendedDr. Gardner was super awesome to work with and took very good care of my cat. He eased all of our minor concerns. He also talked to us in a way that we could understand and was really funny. Our cat was seen for a regular annual exam but I would bring him back for another or if I felt something was wrong. The staff was very friendly. When I called to make the appointment, I was asked how I came up with my pets name and felt like she was genuinely interested. RecommendedDr Mastrobuono is so knowledgeable about reptiles and exotics! We have a Russian tortoise that wasn’t eating and he was so helpful and nice. The staff is all very friendly and helpful as well. Moved here from TX in Oct and we love this vet!
