RecommendedHUGE thank you to the staff at Hillside Pet Clinic for taking such good care of us. ♥️ my fur baby developed a cough and we didn’t have a satisfactory visit at an ER facility. This morning Hillside was able to see him first thing after a cancellation happened and they reached out to me. He’s finally getting meds and the care he needs!

RecommendedEntire staff of vets and support people are amazing, supportive, and great with our pets. Especially helpful when our dog had a semi emergency - they booked her for the next day on a Saturday morning. She needed minor surgery and they took care of her and gave her back to us within a couple of hours, groggy but hopefully fixed up. They were also able to provide us with the antibiotics and pain meds that she needed. Can’t say enough nice things about all the people who work there!
RecommendedI cannot praise this place enough they are amazing with exotic pets especially and their level of care for my bird which is second to none. But also unlike other offices I have been to they are prompt with appointments, also clear with communication and expectations.

RecommendedI was comfortable with the clinic’s COVID protocol and appreciate that they had one. Not exactly the same as a warm personal face to face appointment with Dr. Gardner, but don’t postpone vet care.

RecommendedD.r Jackie Frederickson is absolutely awesome. My birds have been seeing her since she was with VCA on Lake Otis. My birds are always comfortable with her. The staff, both tech's and office are both professional and friendly. The building is always clean. I can not say enough good things about Hillside Pet Clinic.
RecommendedMy baby boy Winston (English Bulldog) has been going to Hillside Pet Clinic for years. Dr. Gardner Montgomery is not only a fantastic vet but a wonderful man and we had also seen Dr. John Mastrobuono and Dr. Jackie Fredrickson who were both great as well. My Winston passed away last Saturday and Dr. Gardner Montgomery got to my residence soon after to help me with all the arrangements that had to be made. RecommendedMy kitty had some serious dental work done 7/14/2020 and Dr. Jackie Frederickson and staff fixed him up and keeping me informed about process and progress. I’ve been going to Hillside for almost 10 years. I know going to the doctor is stressful for my kitties. I get stressed taking them. We all get treated kindly and compassionately. I would (and do) recommend Hillside Pet Clinic to everyone with a pet for maintenance and repair (yes, I know they are not an auto shop).
