Really fantastic. We went out of town for a month and left our pet rabbit with family (and while they took great care of him for the most part, they fed him a few too many veggies so he refused his hay and got GI stasis). They made room for us to come in that day. The vet took great care of our bunny and gave us the meds we needed and plenty of helpful information. The staff at Hillside Pet Clinic have been so nice to us. We had a couple of hard years with cancer in 2 of our dogs. They have seen us at our worst and have dealt with us in a kind manner. Thank you so much.
My pets go wherever Dr Frederickson goes. Hillside has always treated our pets with compassion and love and treated us with honesty and support. The staff is amazing. They are always there for us.
Dr John mastrobuono took amazing care of us. The staff was nothing short of loving and kind. Although our conure didn't make it, I have no doubt that he did truly everything in his power to help Cosmo. Not only the staff but the fellow patients who wrapped our family up and shared tears as we exited with a small cardboard box and the few toys. It was a devesta r in experience for all, but also a beautiful experience. I know my parrot received the highest care from your clinic.
