RecommendedWhen I called to make an appointment, the receptionist was extremely warm and friendly and worked hard to get me in as soon as possible for a health certificate to fly. Then when I came into the office, I was there just a few minutes after checking in and someone was with me to complete paperwork. I mentioned that I had a 10 o’clock appointment and she said we’ll do our best to get you out and she did. RecommendedHighly recommend Hillside Pet Clinic. Took our bunny (rescue) there who had a broken leg, Dr. Stevens determined he actually had been shot and took the time to walk through all of the options available for his treatment and explained the medications that were being given. Answered all of my questions as a new bunny parent. We'd heard great things about Hillside for years, but being in the Matsu Valley, we'd not made the trip in yet, but very glad we did.

RecommendedI've been taking my parrot there for over 3 yrs now without any complaints. They ask a lot of questions about my birds diet, the need to expose him to natural light for good feather growth etc... While under their care for approximately 5 hrs, for services he needed, they called and informed me they needed my permission for certain procedures and updated me till pick up time. My hat is off to this clinic. Awesome ppl.

RecommendedI 100% recommend Hillside Pet Clinic! I originally followed Gardner Montgomery there and he’s has been seeing my dogs since I brought them home at 8 weeks, my oldest is now 14. I have since seen other doctors as well and can confidently say that they are all WONDERFUL! For someone who doesn’t have children, my fur babies are my world and every doctor has given them their full attention and done what is absolutely best for them. RecommendedStaff were professional and friendly. The vet took time to educate me on several things to look out for while raising my new pet and demonstrated/suggested alternative ways to administer prescribed medications
RecommendedI would absolutely recommend hillside pet clinic. I have had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Steven’s. Always providing exceptional care for by bunnies. Anytime they show signs off illness and stop eating they are flexible and get us into the clinic next day to be seen. Very personable and all the staff are great with checking up after visits and procedure to see how my bunny’s are doing.

RecommendedAfter a sudden loss of one of our Guinea Pigs, they were able to get our other 3 in that same week for a wellness check. Everyone was very kind. Vet checked them all out throughly and we left confident that the rest of the guinea pigs were going to be ok. The drive from the valley was worth the experience we had here.
