The hotel was not available when they said so we missed our dinner reservations and no one tried to make it right. Then the toilet was broke but they did end up fixing it. And no free parking.

Fun surprise weekend for kids spoiled! Room was not ready when we arrived at 5:00. Had to kill two hours waiting near the hotel and had to cancel 6:00 plans that required us to be changed and ready. Finally got a call at 7:00 that our room was ready. Got the kids ready and headed to the pool only to find four large family groups (6+ kids in each family) dominating the pool and hot tub. Didn’t feel safe even going in.

I thought check in was late being at 4:00 but arrived at 3:50 to start the check in process. Our room was not ready and was told it should be anytime now or in the next 10 minutes 3 different times. My boys and I waited in the lobby for an hour and were finally able to get into our room at 4:50.

Spring Break Trip Our stay was ok. We stayed during Spring Break. Due to their shortage in staff and them not being prepared for a large number of visitors for Spring Break, we had to wait 3 hrs and 30 minutes for our room to be cleaned and ready. After finally getting in our room, we didn’t have enough toiletries and towels. When we asked for more toilet tissue they brought us Kleenex. Our floors were not cleaned. Pretty good! There were some bumps in the road but overall it was a great stay! Pros: - Staff is friendly, bellman were great with the kids - Nice hotel - Room was great- large- we had the king suite with pullout couch and kitchen. The computer systems were down on a busy spring break week...not their fault but made for an inconvenience especially when traveling with a child and pet.
