We’ve stayed here and loved it. This recent stay wasn’t the best experience. Our sheets had to be changed because of a stain. Our room wasn’t serviced. No coffee in the mornings in the lobby. Not usually what we experience in a stay here at the Hilton.

We are working to find another source for linens as we have been shorted multiple times since the pandemic began and we have removed the coffee from the lobby it was very challenging to keep up with having 300 rooms and that is well over 1000 people sometimes making it a negative as we had trouble keeping it supplied. As it is not a standard for Hilton hotels (only Hilton Garden Inns) we stopped providing this in the lobby. We hope you will continue to visit... read more

10/10 recommend this hotel ! From the time we got there to the time we left all the employees where great ! Perfect walking distance to the historic downtown and the Branson landing.

This is a great hotel to stay at, and if you have stayed at any Hilton properties, this is likely one of the best ones that represent the brand. We stayed in room 1203, which is one of the condo suites. Super high ceilings, nice kitchen, sofa bed, 1-1/2 baths. VERY CLEAN with a great elevated view of the landing. All of the staff was really nice and welcoming. While I rated this property as excellent, and it is, there are a few super simple hospitality items that the hotel could easily do.
