Best Stay Ever in Branson IT was cold and sleeted a little then rainy the next day but it was still a wonderful stay. The day we checked in the gentleman that checked us in was AMAZING and kind and made you truly feel fancy! he was the best. Ken our Valet attendant was so kind and polite! The others were as well. Great stay. No complaints In the heart of Branson Landing. Walking distance to downtown. Rooms were big and clean. Floor to ceiling Windows. Bathroom could have been a little bigger but it was clean. Customer service was great and valet parking attendants were friendly.

My new favorite place to stay in Branson. This beautiful hotel is located a few steps from the Landing. The bright beautifully ornate lobby greets you as you enter. We were able to check in early and with ease. Our condo was huge and had beautiful view. We had 1.5 bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen with full-size appliances, Gigantic master bath with jetted tub and walk-in shower. The TVs were enormous in both the living area and bedroom. The bed was comfy and we only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Too expensive for what you get The rooms are entirely too small for the price. We could hear the music from the Convention Center in our room on the 10th floor. The employees were all very nice and accommodating. We paid extra to have breakfast included. That would have been fine if we had more choices each day.

Good stay. Two nights I had to call the front desk to complain about noisy teenagers staying in the rooms around me. Over all a good stay.
