Called for maintenance 3 times. 1 for broken toilet handle and was fixed quickly, but the maids had to know the handle was about to break and should have had replaced before I asked for it. The black out shade broke twice where the beaded rope came out of the grooves and would not work. Both time it happened at night so I had to sleep with lights glaring in the room. The shade is broken so just putting the rope back in line was not a fix. The second time I requested maintenanc it was Saturday late and no one fixed the s... read more

We were given the handicap room and the shower water spilled out over bathroom floor and slipped on the flooring .

Check in was easy and fast. The man who checked us in was great! I paid $10 for the breakfast when i booked. It did not say if it was for everyone in the room or per person, but it would have been understandable if it were $10 per person. We came down for breakfast and was told we'd be given a ticket but it would be added to the room. When finishing breakfast, we were given a ticket for $46.
