All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Everything you could need is within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Family trip. everything was great. Had one complaint though. we took my 3yr old niece with us for the weekend and the pool and hot tube was closed the time we were there. I guess I need to start calling the hotel also to make sure. Seems to happen to us quite a bit. besides that the place was great and great location.

Excellent location, property and staff. My only criticism is that the bathroom fan was not working, leaving a very steamy bathroom after showers. Seems to be a common problem among the various hotel chains. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay here again.

3:30am locked out after going to car. No coat, room key would not open front sliding door. No staff initially at counter. Phone hanging off the wall. Counter help arrive and finally pried door open
