Love Hilton properties, the bedding is soft, the bed is so comfortable, i sleep well. The zero skin and hair products smell fresh and clean. I always have a great stay at a Hilton property

I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with your recent stay at the hotel. Our policy as far as cleaning the room for extended stay is every other day. If you would like service more frequently, that can be arranged at the front desk. I am sorry you were not aware of that policy. I further apologize that the pool was closed. There is never a good time to close the pool, but these were required repairs and we attempted to choose the best available dates. We asked for a quiet room and we got it When I booked our stay, I asked for a quiet room away from elevators, I forgot to request the top floor. When we checked in, we mentioned it and our room was moved to the top corner away from elevators and convention goers. It had no view, but that didn't matter because quiet and a good few nights sleep are what we were really after. All staff were friendly and attentive. I would stay at this hotel again.
