The best seat for the Festival of Lights view. The room was very clean. My view of the Festival of Lights was the best. Derek and Sara were fantastic, very efficient and friendly.
View of lights very pretty! Beds were ok not the best! Staff was friendly and room was clean.

Room decor/comfort. We were given a room for handicapped accessibility. We did not request that. Room was dark, couch uncomfortable, poor lighting. Staff was friendly. Room was clean but we had to deal with a wheelchair accessible shower. Poor water pressure and difficult to adjust shower head. Freezer in room refrigerator didn't freeze items. We should have been informed at the desk the reason for giving us that room when it was obvious the hotel was under booked.
